YEAR-ROUND WORK! Precision Roofing, located in East Lee’s Summit is looking for a Commercial Roof Supervisor. This is a Supervisor position not a Project Manager. Commercial Roof Supervisor is expected to be on job roof site. Applicants must have a working knowledge of hand welder tools, of single-ply and modified re-roofing projects; other techniques will be considered a bonus benefit. Applicants must be able to travel 80% of the time and have a valid driver’s license and being bilingual is a plus. Starting pay is based on experience with hourly or salary options, between $75,000 – $80,000. Company vehicle is possibility for right applicant. Immediate employment openings.

They may specialize in selling roofing products, repairs, or installation of new roofing systems. Estimators may also conduct roof inspections prior to officially working with new customers. Frequent visits and interactions with suppliers, customers, and other potential clients are also part of the job duties. Communicating with vendors, sub-contractors, and office.
Payment collection.
Completing roofing inspections.
Actively pursuing residential restoration roofing sales in neighborhoods damaged by storms.
Knowing the product and how it works.
Being able to sell roofing products to customers.
Creating & presenting a roofing bid to a customer.
Keep work calendar up-to-date with current & upcoming appointments.
Self-motivated to develop relationships which will generate future work.
Attend trade shows to learn the latest developments, marketing tools, and sales strategies involved in the roofing industry.
Previous roofing knowledge & sales experience is a bonus.
