Statement of the Job:
YEAR-ROUND WORK! Precision Roofing, located in East Lee’s Summit is looking for a Repairman with 5+ years of roofing experience. Applicants must have a working knowledge of single-ply, modified re-roofing, along with tile, metal, and shingles. Any other techniques will be considered a bonus. Applicants must be able to travel and have a valid driver’s license and being bilingual is a plus. Applicants should have 5+ years roofing experience, this is not a beginner position. Starting pay is based on experience with hourly or salary options. Company vehicle is possibility for right applicant. Immediate employment openings.
Duties of the Job:
- Install, service, and perform both commercial & residential roof repairs.
- Comfortable working at significant heights in various weather conditions.
- Identify, locate, document, and advise on roof system deficiencies and issues.
- Must know how to use a hand welder.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations.
- Interact and work well with owners, customers, co-workers, managers, and inter-office personnel.
- Make emergency repairs when and as needed to satisfy customer needs.
- Work requires initiative and judgement, as well as basic carpentry skills and siding.
- Leak prevention and diagnosis.
- In-town position with some travel required; expenses paid.
