Precision Roofing Customer Referral Program - Terms and Conditions

1. Definition of a Referral:

A referral is a homeowner who contracts with Precision Roofing for a new or replacement roof that meets one of the following criteria:

At least 1,500 square feet in size, or
A sale price of $5,000 or more.

Insurance claims are eligible.

2. Qualified Customer:

A referral becomes a qualified customer when their roof project is completed, and the invoiced amount for the job has been paid in full.

3. Timing of Referrals:

One of the following conditions must be met:

The referred customer must inform Precision Roofing of the referral before work begins on their property.
Alternatively, the referring customer must submit the referral before work starts.

4. Restrictions on Self-Referrals:

You cannot refer your own primary residence to the program. If Precision Roofing has replaced the roof of your primary residence, you may refer a secondary property, such as a rental or vacation home.

5. Limit on Referrals Per Household:

Only one referral per household is eligible for the customer bonus program.

6. Service Area Requirement:

The referred property must be located within Precision Roofing’s designated service area.

7. Credit for Referrals:

If multiple customers refer the same homeowner, referral credit will be awarded based on the date of the first submitted referral form.

Ian worked with our insurance adjusters to get our new roof installed. We were needing the roof installed quickly and he was able to get the job done. He sent pictures and corresponded with the insurance company. He proved it was necessary for our new roof to be installed. We feel like Ian went above and beyond to help us. We will definitely be referring Precision Roofing and Ian to our friends.

After the storms Thursday morning, we found a spot in the kitchen that was wet. Called Ian and he was here today and again did a great job. Found where the leak was and patched it up in about 90 minutes. He is always prompt and does a great job lets me know what he found and what he did to fix it.

Ian Stockhurst and Precision roofing are awesome. Ian came out to our house to check for hail damage. Was honest and straightforward. He even took time to make a small sealant repair to a vent pipe at no extra charge.

They completed the job ahead of schedule and left my property spotless. The new roof looks fantastic, and I’ve already received compliments from my neighbors. I highly recommend Precision Roofing for their excellent service and quality workmanship!
